Pezzo ONE is a pizza cutter that has a piece cut out of the blade to make it easier for washing the inside of the blade holder. The base and blade holder are one piece, making it easier to clean as well. The piece cut out of the blade also resembles a slice of the Z in the Pezzo logo. Pezzo DUE (TWO) can be separated into two pieces: the body and the head. This feature allows the user to clean the blade holder, which often catches leftover food. The part where the two connect lightly resembles a puzzle piece as well.
